i have elastic beanstalk setup running php5 scrips. All scripts need modified to work in php7. Need completed in 1-2 days. Need scripts run in a test environment to make sure it works before going live. -- 2

Look, I went over your project description, and I'm going to be honest and be the one to tell you because I know probably a lot of these other freelancers aren't going to tell you this because they want to get this job. But I'll be honest and tell you that just by looking at it I can say that it is around 300$ job. You can go and hire someone for 10 - 30$, but you're going to get 10 - 30$ worth of work and my hunch is that either your hired developer will slowly increase the budget to what it should be anyway or they're going to flake out or not going to deliver everything. It's just going to turn into a nightmare for you, you'll have to come again to hire somebody else and go through this whole process back again, and you'll end up spending more money and wasting a hell of a lot more time than you would if you just paid the right price for it and so what I'll do is again its a 300$ project that's what I would usually charge, but because it seems like you have maybe a little bit lower budget, I will do the project for 200$ but your budget range of 10 - 30$ just doesn't match the scope of the project.
