Troubleshoot static files not rendering in Aws Elastic Beanstalk Flask app with blueprints structure

I have an app that works properly locally while testing but once i upload to elastic beanstalk the static files dont seem to be working. The templates work and the python code works but not the static files. I need someone who can trouble shoot this and get it working properly for me. I will share the source code and you will have to get working on your own aws account, share the link, so i can confirm everything works properly and then document in a word document what you did to get it to work.
