Social Media Traffic Manager

I need someone to run the day-to-day activity on Facebook and Instagram while also keeping our TikTok and YouTube accounts lively and on-brand. Every post—whether a quick text update, an eye-catching image, or a short-form video—should push people back to my website and prove it through clear tracking. I am a photographer for adults offering photo-video shoots, courses and memberships to galleries online. You will take full ownership of: • Planning a weekly content calendar that balances text updates, images, and videos across the four platforms. • Creating or repurposing assets so each piece looks native to the network (Reels on Instagram, Shorts on YouTube, etc.). • Scheduling and publishing via tools like Facebook Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite, adding UTM tags so traffic can be traced in Google Analytics. • Actively engaging with comments and messages to keep the community warm. • Delivering a concise report every month that shows clicks to the site, top-performing posts, and next-step recommendations. Frequency, tone, and creative angles are open to your suggestions; just keep the focus on measurable website visits. If you can demonstrate previous success in driving traffic—and are comfortable expanding later to channels such as Twitter if it makes sense—let’s talk.
