Android App for Business Support

I need an experienced Android developer to turn my business-support idea into a revenue-generating mobile app. The project is Android-only, so please suggest the best way to take full advantage of the latest Android SDK, Material Design guidelines, and monetisation options (in-app purchases, ads, subscriptions—whichever suits the goal of helping me earn money).
