Android Budgeting App Development

I’m building a mobile application called “uang saku aku” aimed at helping users create and manage personal budgets from their Android devices. Here’s the scope I need you to cover: • Turn my concept into a fully functional Android app that allows users to set budget categories, define spending limits, and view real-time summaries of their remaining funds. • Design a clean, intuitive interface that makes it simple for first-time budgeters to get started. • Ensure data is stored securely on the device with an option to export or back up to the cloud at a later stage. • Write clear, well-commented code so future enhancements—such as expense tracking or savings goals—can be added without a complete rewrite. Please use modern Android best practices (Kotlin preferred, Jetpack components, MVVM) and deliver an APK plus the full source code in a Git repository. I’ll test the build on a range of mid-tier Android phones; the app should run smoothly on Android 8.0 and above.
