Changes and Bug fixing to my app

I currently own a business in UAE, which has an app "Sober Driver In UAE" (you can find it on both IOS and Android), + "Sober Employee In UAE" (also android and ios). My business offers designated driver services (basically my drivers drive your car, when you are drunk and dont want to drive it). My app operates on a similar model as Uber (but obviously we provide driver and not the car with driver). There are multiple things that I want to modify on my app, and I would like you guys to look into it and let me know what you think and what will be your cost on fixing certain issues and adding new ones, please find the list below. Regarding the App Coding, I will get the codes hopefully next week, I'm well aware of the fact that you need codes to estimate value, but it would still be great if you could look into it now and give me estimated cost and time frame 1. customers very often dont receive confirmation message, after their booking has been accepted by driver 2. drivers very often do not receive notification on new bookings, or they receive notification, but without sound 3. occasionally after accepting a booking, it disappears from driver’s assigned bookings section 4. its very often that we receive a booking, and phone number is either inactive, so there might be an issue in the system, where it mistypes customer number upon sign up, etc. 5. Usually app takes too ling loading. suppose u select a pick up location, it takes 10-20 seconds to understand that, then another 10-20 seconds after u selected drop off location, etc. It would be great if u could speed up the app (u can see this when testing the app, that i takes a long time loading) 6. apply the OTP to my app (upon sign up customers will enter their mobile number and sms code will come to their registered number, which they will input for registration). I’m gonna buy bulk sms from outside source, i will only need u to integrate it into the app. 7. some of the drivers receive notification on new booking, but no sound of notification (despite their phone Not being in silent). 8. All bookings on “driver assigned booking screen” mention bookings that he has completed at same time (i will send u screenshot for better understanding) 9. “Driver Rating” is there in the app, however i very rarely see customers rating drivers after they completed trip. After driver selects on the app “Trip completed”, customer should get a pop-up notification “Requesting to rate your ride/driver” 10. we occasionally get customers that complain about app crashing at different stages 11. After the OTP is integrated, it will be really helpful if you could apply a discount on first booking. The reason why I’m including it in this section, is that we had it before, but removed temporarily. I hope u can bring it back again, the exact amount/percentage of discount i will mention later. 12. after driver accepts customer booking, very often on Customer screen it doesn’t show details of driver that accepted it. i.e. customer receives notification that Driver Muhammad for example accepted booking. but when he opens app, there is nothing 13. Sober Employee in uae app occasionally crashes 14. Reset password on customer app isnt working 15. Occasionally when customer selects Pick up and Drop off locations, app gives him 0aed fare and 0min travel time (i can send u screenshot) 16. App speed is quite slow, therefore occasionally customer gets dash ‘-‘ instead of fare (thats because it takes too long to calculate distance, i want that to be faster (i can attach screenshot) 17.
