Flutter Help

I am new to Flutter and I have developed one APP but I want some flutter experts help in following...

1) App connects to one URL for data fetching. Currently I added fixed URL. But I want this URL value to be fetched from FireBase Remote Config. So in future if I change my hosting, I don't need to give APP's update.

2) I want to place Admob banner and interstitial ads in my app as I ask.

Please bid only if you can do this perfectly as I also knew some flutter and can do research and complete it my self but I have time constraint. I will give more work in future if satisfied with your work. This time budget is very less and task is also small for one who is used to with it. I would prefer to chose lowest bid.

I want you also put some message and ask user to try again if any issue in connecting to Firebase remote config / you set it to retry automatically with circular progress bar..
