I need someone to make me a android app called CADPUSH. the concept is simple, the user pushes a button and a video ad plays. each video ad adds 25 cents to the counter which on upon reaching its $200 limit will send a request to my email to pay the user in cad via paypal. with whatever email address they entered into the app. i would prefer payment requests to be emailed to my email address rather than using a mysqul server.
