Chat application : Group will be only created by admin. User: Can only join a group and post. Basic Use cases 1. A user will be able to create an account with phone number/govt id (both are mandatory) 2. An admin is like a normal user has to register. 3. An admin is basically the owner of the app. 4. Admin can create a group. 5. User has to be authenticated before login. 6. A user can post in the group. 7. Anyone can reply to a chat if he/she is part of the group 6. App should be secure. should have security features like a normal chat app. Non-functional 1. At least support 1000 Groups. 2. At least support 1000 members in a group. 3. It should be scalable for future use. We can discuss further after the bid is done.
