React Native bring to foreground when function is called in background on Android

Hello, I have a working App for Android in React Native. The App fetches the number of an incoming call. When the App is in the foreground and a call is incoming, it shows the Number on the screen (for now, in the future I will connect this to an API for more info). What I want is that the App will open also to the Foreground when it is running in the Background. Resume: phone is standby or on homescreen > incoming call > open my App > show my result of the App. Important side note: the max API level that can be used Is level 24.
