Biggest risk here is recreating the motion and timing so it feels identical to your video, while still staying under Google’s strict file-size and loading limits. Quick question before I suggest an approach: Do you already have a DV360 spec sheet (sizes, backup images, clickTags, polite load requirements), or should I build to standard GWD/DV360 specs? I’ve rebuilt motion ads from MP4 into lightweight HTML5 for Google Ads and DV360 before, including multi-size bundles with polite load and clickTag validation. If you send the MP4, current copy, and any DV360 specs you have, I’ll review them and let you know what’s realistic for file size and turnaround.
