Build 2D animation - gps tracking company

We need to make a 2d animation in order to promote the benefits of a transportation telematics company. Their main idea of the scenario is: The animation starts with a family which use tracking solution via smartphones. Mom and child of the family is on its way to school while dad can track them via a pc from his office. In this case is important to show both the car map, pc map and their markers on these maps. The animation continues, as the scene changes, the car turns into a van. The driver delivers a parcel to a pharmacist. Pharmacist puts his signature on a tablet which has our company's logo. After the delivery, driver thinks that finally he can see future routes, use customer digital signature via a tablet. Then, the van turns into truck which its cargo is transparent and divided into two parts. The first part transports products in different temperature than in the other part. When the temperature rises dangerously, the driver can pick it up immediately and press the panic button for help. There are 2 more scenarios that can be provided. We need detailed information about the cost and expenses. This includes information about the software that is going to be used and strictly accurate estimated time of delivery.
