Think of it as a tightly edited showcase of striking visuals, atmospheric sound design, and seamless transitions that hold the viewer’s attention from the first frame to the last. The finished work should feel movie-quality: rich colour-grading, purposeful camera moves, dramatic pacing, and a cohesive soundtrack that ties every shot together. I’m open on exact length, but two to four minutes usually hits the sweet spot for this format. Here’s what I’ll need from you: • Creative development-–shot list or storyboard that captures the reel’s flow. • Principal photography (or curation of licensable footage if you’ll be working remotely). • Full post-production: editing, colour grade, VFX if they elevate the story, and final sound mix. • Delivery in 4K ProRes or high-bitrate H.264, plus the editable project files for archival. Acceptance criteria: the reel should look broadcast-ready on a large screen with no noticeable artefacts, audio peaks, or colour inconsistencies. Turnaround time and any specialist gear you plan to use (RED, Blackmagic, DJI, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.) will help me evaluate fit, so please outline those in your proposal.
