Design an animation video for a murder mystery book by well-known comedian

We are a small publisher called Farrago, based in London. We have a new comedy murder mystery by a well-known UK comedian publishing this July. We'd like an animation video – 30 seconds long – presenting the book to the consumer. Design style can be gathered from the attached book cover image. Descriptions of characters for artwork purposes can be provided later on. Book blurb: Richard is a middle-aged Englishman who runs a B&B in the Loire Valley. Nothing ever happens to him and that’s the way he likes it. One day, however, an older guest goes missing, leaving behind only a bloody handprint on the wallpaper.
