We are looking for a designer, specializing in multimedia and digital design. Animation and motion graphic expertise is an asset. You should have a range of valuable technical skills and the passion to develop innovative design solutions that are both strategic and visually impactful. Essential Functions  Create new and original digital, multimedia (and on occasion print) designs from scratch for client brands based on client specification, needs and brand image  Organize and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, fonts etc. required for record keeping and referencing  Manage projects to ensure that all deliverables assigned are delivered by deadline Required Education and Experience  3+ years advertising/marketing agency experience working with digital media  University or College Degree (preferably in graphic design)  High level of proficiency in In-Design/Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects  Capable of making long or short videos quickly  Web development knowledge and experience (HTML, CSS, CMS, Wordpress)  Experience working to a brief and deadline  Knowledge of best practices and specs for traditional and digital advertising (including social media)
