Need a 3d animator -- 2

I am in need of a 3D animator who can create a features animation for my project. I have a general idea of what I want, but I need help fleshing out the details and creating a storyboard. The desired length of the animation is 1-3 minutes. I am looking for a freelancer with experience in 3D animation and the ability to bring my vision to life. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender or 3DS Max

- Experience in creating high-quality 3D animations for features, commercials or other projects

- Knowledge of storytelling and the ability to create engaging narratives

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with clients

- A portfolio that demonstrates their skills and experience in 3D animation
