Need Someone Who can Make Animation / Animator like Tom & Jerry

I want to create an animation of red rat and brown monkey. It will become the most popular, best animation, better than Tom & Jerry or anything. We can make serials of 30 minutes duration , it could also have special movie like Finding Nemo from Pixar is a full movie not short animation.
FIRE Rat in chinese is Bing Zi, so the name will be Binzi.
Geng Monkey in chinese is Geng Shen, so the name is Gen.
Imagine they are best friend, partner in crime, always in sync and inseparable.
I have several ideas for couples of episodes in not particular order:
1. Stealing Monalisa from Louvre. The main idea is Gen trying to masquerade entering Louvre but the one actually can steal is Binzi because she is small and fast she just tie the paintings into the chain and pull it then the painting goes. While everybody busy trying to catch Gen acrobatic inside the Louvre.
2. Racing against machine, so in the 2090, there is a machine or robot want to destroy earth but Gen and Binzi stand up and fight, the machine give a chance of they can win in a race, others participate as well. Like tiger, rabbit, dog, pig, all 12 western zodiac animals. So the race will be like Crash Team Racing but different weapon and it is tag, so one car can have 2 animals. It should be fun the weapons like stopping time, spreading glue or rockets full of snakes, etc.
3. Cooking contest, like minigame with Hai Yo in Suikoden 2. Binzi and Gen is doing a cooking contest and they are also trying to sabotage their rivals, the results of the cooking shall be delightful.
4. Shopping together but Gen quietly took something / stealing putting inside pocket but it is too full and obvious till get caught.
5. Saving Hansel and Gretel, so after Hansel and Gretel caught by the witch, Binzi and Gen try to save them but then Gen got lock up inside the cage and create more drama and almost cooked by the witch.
