Hello, As a certified Alfresco developer, I should mention that the project is more complex than it may initially appear - and that’s completely understandable. Over the years, I’ve worked with many highly intelligent business owners who initially underestimated the scope of similar tasks :) To clarify: a basic Alfresco installation and configuration can indeed be done in about a day and may cost around 250 EUR. However, meeting all of your requirements - including custom Alfresco content models, custom rules for folder structure creation, backup and recovery setup, Ansible playbooks, documentation, and training - requires significantly more effort. Realistically, this is at least a week of work. As you can appreciate, delivering this level of functionality and quality cannot be achieved within a 250 EUR budget. My proposal reflects the actual effort required to ensure a reliable, high-quality solution delivered within a one-week timeframe. I have a procedure that I use to install Alfresco community version into a clean debian 12 system or container. It includes basic setup plus https with let's encrypt certificates and a backup script to backup the database and the data. It can be turned int a bash or python script to automate the installation. I can share this to see if it meets all your needs.
