Enabling SSL for Wamp Server

Hello Everyone,
I need someone help me to enable SSL for WampServer.
My Server Specs:
Windows server 2016 64bit
Wampserver 2.3 32bit
Apache 2.2.23
PHP 5.4.9
MySQL 5.5.28
-Note1: ( I want to keep the same versions without updating, and I want to use port "8443" for ssl instead of "443" because it is used for another application. )
-Note2: I have just purchased an SSL Certificate to use it.
I tried to enable SSL before and it didn't work and this was the result of the errors (from wamp/logs):
