Fix Connecteam–Xero Payroll Bugs

The Connecteam ↔ Xero link that drives my fortnightly payroll is throwing up errors every time I try to run a pay-run. In Xero I’m seeing both incorrect calculations and outright failed transactions once the data syncs across, so staff totals and journals never balance. I’ve already walked through the usual troubleshooting steps (token refresh, re-mapping, re-sync) but the problems remain.
