Genesys Cloud DB Integration Training

My team is just getting started with Genesys Cloud and we want to build a solid, practical foundation for connecting it to our customer data held in MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server. I need a trainer who can work with us live—screen sharing, lab exercises, and short homework tasks—so that by the end we have a working integration we can maintain ourselves. The sessions must cover three pillars: • Basic configuration and setup inside Genesys Cloud, including data actions, credential management, and any required roles or permissions. • Data-synchronization techniques, from scheduled pulls to event-driven updates, with attention to connection security and performance. • API usage: creating and testing custom data actions, handling authentication, and troubleshooting with Postman or similar tools. Acceptance criteria 1. Each participant can create a data action that reads and writes to both MySQL and SQL Server test tables. 2. A small reference guide (markdown or PDF) summarises connection strings, required Genesys Cloud objects, and sample API calls. 3. All sessions are recorded and shared, and any code or scripts developed during training are handed over in a Git-friendly format. Ideally, the training wraps in two to three half-day blocks, but I’m flexible if you suggest a structure that better fits the material. Mention any prior hands-on Genesys Cloud integration work you can show, and let me know the tooling you prefer for live demos so we can get schedules and access set up quickly.
