As I understand you want to shoot email from your system after complete some steps or action. This section is clear to me but there is such ambiguity like what would be the email template and we will get the dynamic data in ready mode or not. From my understanding, the application is already ready and we will not have to code for this. I just need to shoot the email after each action (Which you will clarify me). So, is this possible for you to send me the source code so that I can take look into it and can give you in which section I will have to change the code and how i will do this, a detail description document. You need to clarify me the actions as well. I am unable to understand the thought or you can say in which occasion I will have to send email. This is because I do not have the proper knowledge on the application. I wish as soon as you will send me the source code I can take care of it. Apart from this, I have some basic queries: - Do you want a settings area of this email send? I mean you will have the option to stop any email sending for particular action. Please clarify me. - Do you want to configure the email template from your Backend? - Is this will be simple text input or HTML email template? Please clear me. - Is there will be any attachment with the email? If yes, then is this attachment need to create automatically or would be there? Hello there, You mentioned that you want it to be a desktop application and in the description you mentioned "What they need to do..." so, are you saying that this desktop application will be used by your clients as well? If that is the case then it should be created as a web application rather than a desktop one. Now, if it indeed is desktop application that only you plan to use, then I would recommend doing it in Excel. The reason being, excel integrates with Outlook very well and allows entering the data easily. So, if you create this as an Excel application, you would be able to send emails on click of a few buttons with each email customized to individual client based on his score etc. I have done similar setup for many of my clients and can even show a demo to you if required.
