1. Responsible for technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow platform.
2. Worked on complete customization of the core ITSM modules i.e. Change, Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management.
3. Developing, testing, deploying and updating workflows - approval flows, notification, SLA configuration.
4. Involved with the creation of tables, forms and lists, modules, events, dashboards and customize them on the basis of customer needs and requirement
5. Hands on experience with the development of Business Rule, Client Script, Workflow Development, Access Control List (ACLs), UI Actions, UI Pages and UI Policy in ServiceNow.
6. Created Email notifications, email templates, trigger notifications by creating events in event registry.
