US-Based Appointment Setter for Web Design Agency

About the Role: We are a growing web design agency specializing in building high-converting, modern websites for local landscaping and lawn care businesses in the US. We are looking for a motivated, US-based Appointment Setter / Sales Partner to act as the face and voice of our outreach. Your sole responsibility will be calling warm leads and booking short discovery calls. I handle 100% of the technical work, website building, and product delivery. What We Provide: Targeted Lead Lists: You don’t have to waste time scraping data. We provide you with a curated list of US landscaping businesses that currently have no website or heavily outdated websites. Proven Script: We provide a short, direct script designed to grab the owner's attention in under 45 seconds. Full Delivery: You book the appointment, we close the deal and build the site. Compensation Structure (Pure Commission): This is a performance-based partnership. We offer a generous 20% commission on every closed contract to ensure you are highly rewarded for your results. Our standard website package is $800. You earn $160 per closed deal that you book. Payout is sent immediately via the platform once the client's invoice is cleared. There is no cap on your earnings. Requirements: Must be based in the United States (for local calling and area codes). Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence. Comfortable working on a pure commission/partnership basis. Prior experience in cold calling or appointment setting is a major plus, but a great attitude is more important.
