Title: High-Performance Outbound Appointment Setter / SDR – HVAC Marketing Agency (Ongoing, Part-Time) About the Role Peak Your Growth is a marketing automation agency helping small HVAC contractors in Florida stop losing business to missed calls. We use AI voice technology, automated follow-up systems, and Google Ads to help contractors get more leads and book more jobs. We're looking for a hungry, reliable outbound appointment setter to book demo calls with HVAC business owners across Florida. This is a performance-driven role with real earning potential beyond your base hourly rate. What You'll Do Make 60–70 outbound cold calls per day to HVAC business owners in Florida Follow a provided script with full objection handling guidance Book demo calls directly onto the owner's calendar Send follow-up texts and video messages to warm prospects Update our CRM (GoHighLevel) after every call Submit a daily performance report via WhatsApp Schedule Tuesday through Friday, 5 hours per day, approximately 20 hours per week. Must be available during US Eastern Standard Time business hours. Requirements Fluent English — you will be speaking directly with US small business owners Previous outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience required Comfortable with high call volume and rejection Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace CRM experience preferred Located in Colombia, Mexico, or similar timezone preferred Compensation $7 USD per hour base pay $5 bonus per demo that shows up $75 bonus per closed client (paid on receipt of setup fee) Monthly performance bonuses: 2 clients closed = $50 bonus 3 clients closed = $100 bonus 5 clients closed = $200 bonus Biweekly payment via Wise What We're Looking For This is not an easy role. You will hear "no" a lot. We want someone who is coachable, consistent, and motivated by results — not someone looking for light work. If you perform, you will earn well above your base rate. If you don't perform, this won't be a long-term fit. We provide everything you need — script, objection handlers, CRM access, and full training. Your job is to dial, qualify, and book.
