Hi, There are a few concerns you may already be thinking about: Road readability- Colorado has dense road networks in cities but very sparse, unpaved roads in rural areas. A normal basemap will not show the hierarchy clearly enough for navigation-style use. Data consistency -ArcGIS Map Viewer layers (CDOT roads, local roads, unpaved roads) often come with mixed classifications or missing attributes. If symbology is not handled correctly, the final map becomes cluttered. DSES Observatory route clarity - Because the observatory is in a remote location, a simple map won’t guide the reader. You need a clearly drawn access path with arrows and waypoints so the viewer immediately understands how to reach it. These are exactly the issues I can solve.
