French House Extension Architectural Plans

I need full architectural documentation for a single-storey extension to my home in France. The space must comfortably host a bedroom with adjoining dressing area, a separate bathroom, an independent WC, a cloakroom, a laundry niche for the washing machine, a general storage room and an isolated food store. French planning rules apply, so every drawing must be ready for dépôt du permis de construire and respect local règlement d’urbanisme, RT 2012 insulation standards and ventilation requirements. Please provide: • Concept and finalised layout drawings at 1/100 and 1/50 • All elevations, sections and roof plan • Technical notes covering structure, drainage, electricity and ventilation suitable for French authorities • A brief materials schedule and surface-area table (tableau des surfaces) • Print-ready PDFs plus editable DWG or DXF files I would like one initial concept, two revision rounds and a final sealed pack suitable for submission to the mairie.
