Massachusetts House Permit CAD Set

I’m ready to move our new Massachusetts home from concept to permit approval and need a complete, construction-ready CAD package. Your drawings must satisfy local building-department submission standards. Scope of work • Site plan: I can supply GPS coordinates for each corner; you’ll translate them into an accurate plot showing setbacks, grading and the basement footprint that extends beneath the wood shop and carport. • Architectural sheets: floor plans, roof plan (single-slope), all four elevations, building sections and stair details. If relocating the stairs will improve flow or code compliance, let me know and incorporate the change once approved. • Exterior detailing: modern aesthetic with wood siding and double-hung windows; include door and window schedules, siding profiles and trim callouts. • Structural notes: specify the 8 ft basement walls (2 ft will sit above grade) and reference appropriate Massachusetts Residential Code sections. • File delivery: layered DWG (AutoCAD-compatible) and ready-to-print PDFs sized for 24"×36" sheets. Acceptance criteria 1. Plans pass a pre-submittal check against the town’s permit checklist. 2. Dimensions and annotations are US customary units, legible at 1/4" = 1'-0". 3. All reference drawings and schedules cross-referenced; no missing tags or callouts. If you use Revit, please also export clean DWGs.
