I'm looking for an experienced architect or development team to design the NOIRHAVEN Residences, a modern, community-driven living space on 3-4 acres. This project aims to blend affordable living with modern architecture, emphasizing natural light, clean design, and sustainable materials. We are only seeking architectural blueprints and technical design drawings. 3D renderings, visualizations, animations, and photorealistic presentations are not required.
