Phoenix Architect Collaboration

I’m moving forward with a permit in Phoenix and want to team up with a local, fully licensed architect who can bring solid technical expertise to the table from day one. I’ll be leading the vision and overall direction; what I need is a partner who can translate that vision into code-compliant drawings, coordinate consultants, and stay engaged all the way through construction. The collaboration spans both design and construction phases. Early on, we will refine the program, produce schematic and DD packages, and navigate the city’s entitlement process together. Once permits are in hand, I’ll rely on you for stamped CDs, timely RFI responses, and field observations so the build stays true to the drawings. Key deliverables I’m expecting: • Signed and sealed plan sets suitable for permit submission • Revisions and addenda as requested by the city
