Residential Design & Structural Plans

I’m preparing to break ground on a brand-new residential building and need complete construction documentation created from scratch. Starting with only my concept and site information, I want fully developed architectural drawings that capture the layout, elevations, and details, followed by structural engineering plans that satisfy local code and are ready for permit submission. You will take the project from blank page to stamped set, coordinating architectural vision with sound structural solutions. BIM or CAD proficiency is essential, and I expect clear communication as we iterate through preliminary sketches, 30/60/90 % reviews, and the final construction set. Deliverables
– PDF and editable CAD/BIM files of all architectural drawings
– Structural calculations and drawings suitable for permit
– A brief design report outlining materials, assumptions, and code references All files must be accurate to scale, meet my jurisdiction’s residential code, and be ready for my contractor to price immediately.
