Paid on delivery
I’m taking over a vacant strip-mall bay in North Carolina and turning it into a restaurant. To submit for building and health permits I need a NC-licensed architect who can transform my rough sketch into a fully coordinated, code-compliant construction set. The shell is already built; what’s missing is a clear, permit-ready package that shows the dining room, kitchen and storage/warehouse areas, integrates life-safety requirements and ties in all MEP work. Here’s what I’m counting on you to deliver: • Signed and sealed architectural plans, elevations, sections and schedules suitable for county review • Refined floor plan based on my sketch, optimised for back-of-house flow and front-of-house guest experience • Life-safety, accessibility and egress diagrams that meet current NC Building Code • Coordinated MEP drawings (you may prepare these yourself or lead your preferred consultants) ready for simultaneous submittal • Any details the landlord or strip-center management may request for façade or utility tie-ins I’ll supply the shell drawings, my rough layout, equipment lists for the kitchen and any landlord criteria I receive. If we can move quickly on the first round, I plan to submit within the next few weeks and will need your help answering plan-review comments until the permits are in hand. Let me know your availability, experience with restaurant interiors, and how you like to handle the MEP coordination so we can get started right away.
