UK Mixed-Use Interior/Exterior Designer

I run a UK design studio and need ongoing help on mixed-use projects that combine residential and commercial spaces. We’ll start part-time, project by project, and transition to full-time once we’re both comfortable with the workflow. Because you’ll be collaborating closely with another Muslim colleague, I would ideally like to work with a female Muslim designer. The work itself calls for someone who can comfortably weave modern, traditional and eclectic influences into spaces that still feel unmistakably British. Strong technical ability is paramount: you should be able to move smoothly from mood-board ideation to fully detailed construction drawings, supplying accurate CAD files, clear specifications and photorealistic 3-D visuals whenever required. Typical deliverables on each scheme include: • Concept boards with colour and material palettes • Scaled plans, elevations and sections (DWG/PDF) • 3-D renders or walkthroughs for client sign-off • A concise specification booklet in line with current UK building regulations Everything delivered must be presentation-ready and clear enough for a contractor to build from without further clarification.
