Hello I can make prototype with scetch and demonstrate it working by video/Skype. What kind of relays You planning to use? (something like "Arduino relay module" or usual relay) I worked with both of them, but first is more easy for connecting, not require soldering an not require additional components (costs about 2-3 US$). How much amperes You need to commutate? Delay is fixed or regulated (manually/by sensor/etc)? Do you have all hardware already - or not decided yet what to use? WBR Maxim

if its an on off control. I suggest u to use simple controller instead of arduino. that will reduce cost of board. arduino will be an overkill for that. the selection of relay depends on the amount of voltage and current for the devices. a simple pic controller will cost 7 dollars. the remaining power supply circuit and drives can be made across that. I have good experience in high current to low current interface. I will provide everything from ckt diagram, source code, hex file etc. will be happy to be part of the product. regards the PCB itself takes 7 to 8 days, to manufacture so it cannot be done less then that
