Hello, I will use ESP8266/ESP32 (MCU with Wi-Fi, Arduino Compatible) as main Controller. For GSM & GPS module, I will use Adafruit Fona(SIM868 based), it's already has both GPS & 3G GSM features. battery will be Lithium Ion, and we can add a charging feature if you want. of course we will use DS1820 for sensor. I have been working with all of those stuff so I'm very confident this can be finished as soon as possible, might be less than 15 days(including shipping time). Hello, Using Arduino, would require a GSM/GPRS module such as SIM800, and for the GPS shield you could use Neo-6M for cheap. For the data send I think there are a few methods, you could use simple HTTP Post, a web service in xml format or json, or simply using MQTT protocol which is widely used in IoT data transaction such as RabbitMQ. Which one you will prefer?

The device (NodeMCU ESP8266) communicated to a server using the MQTT protocol, which allowed to monitor and control the system remotely.
