Hello, I have experience working with nRF52832. I have checked your requirements, you are using holyiot yj-17095 as BLE module which is based on nRF52832. I can develop code to test board components for 1st milestone. Also I have experience with I2C, SPI, one wire protocols with nRF52. So i can develop next milestones also.
