Modern Metal & Glass Wedding Sculpture

I need a skilled craftsperson to create a modern wedding gift sculpture. The idea is combining two of my friends hobbies on top of a glass base with an image of them engraved in it. The top piece of the ornament would be a golf club and an Irish dancing shoe. They would be tied together via a wedding ring. I am trying to keep the total height of the piece to be max 12 inches.
