-Letter asking USCIS(Immigration) to forgive you for coming to the U.S. illegally, explaining why you came to this country in search of a better life or if you were brought here as a child explain this, also explaining the urgent need for a grant of parole in place so you can be eligible to adjust status in the United States without having to depart the country for ten years as your departure will result in emotional, medical, financial, and educational hardships (which ever are applicable) to your spouse an army veteran. Mention some examples of the hardships a separation would cause. (see sample letter attached) -Letters of recommendation (at least 2) speaking to your good moral character -Letter of any medical hardship to any immediate family member (spouse, children, parents, etc.) From Military Member -Letter from military family member explaining how he/she would be affected if you were to be removed from the United States focusing on any of the above mentioned hardships (emotional, financial, medical, education, country conditions etc.)
