Title: Remote Hiring Manager / Recruiter for Electrical Contracting Company About the role We are a growing electrical contracting company. We are building out our team and need a dedicated Hiring Manager who will fully own recruiting so the owner does not have to. This is a long-term, stable position. Pay 5 to 10 USD per hour depending on experience and performance. Other overseas roles you help hire will generally be in the same region or slightly lower. What you will do • Create clear job descriptions • Post jobs on overseas job sites and recruiting platforms • Actively source candidates, not just wait for applicants • Shortlist and screen applicants • Conduct first-round interviews • Schedule interviews for the owner or manager when needed • Track candidates in an organized pipeline • Communicate with applicants professionally • Check references when appropriate • Assist with onboarding and basic HR documentation • Build repeatable recruiting systems so hiring becomes steady and predictable Typical roles you will hire • Virtual assistants • Office admin / dispatcher • Estimators • Bookkeeper • Marketing assistant • Electricians and apprentices for local market (you will source, we will finalize) Required experience • Prior recruiting or hiring experience • Strong English writing and speaking skills • Organized and detail oriented • Able to work independently without micromanagement • Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and video interviews • Able to overlap at least a few hours with US business hours Bonus experience • Construction or trades recruiting • US-based clients in the past • HR coordination or onboarding experience This role is for you if • You like owning a process from beginning to end • You are proactive and don’t wait to be told every step • You want a long-term position with room to grow How to apply Send: 1.
