Script writer required

I am doing a creative writing competition and I need to write a length script for either a movie or a series
Currently I'm working full time and really what I’m looking for is somebody to work with to develop the idea and the character and do the bulk of the writing. So most of the work…. Got 2 options of what to write at moment.
• comic horror in the mould of sharknado, black sheep
• a comedy series like blackbooks or the office
Idea development can come and I have done some work but I’ve just got stuck by life. I need a professional to help. Ideally you will have great English and a love of UK comedy.
I realise that the writing is the hardest bit which is why I’m looking to employ somebody to do it, basically to take my incomplete ideas and turn them into a masterpiece. I don’t want to be a passenger and I’m really looking for a partner more than an employee (but I will pay you, and the onus will be on you to finish it)
I want to be involved and work with you on this. I just need a guide, support but also a worker. I am more than willing to give a writing credit for the work (your name an even go first) although not for the course submission and share any monies equally (I’m not expecting us to create a smash hit or anything I mostly just want to learn more about writing process, although a smash hit would be great)
It’s got to be of a format that is submittable to production companies and include things like
• Characters list
• Episode list
• Treatment
• Full script
etc
