Dating website project, similar to clone of Match.com using ASP. NET & .NET Framework 2.0

I need someone who is an expert with Microsoft software technology to design and develop a hybrid dating website similar to "Match.com". We would like to have a "hybrid" dating site that has most of the features from "Match.com" and a few features of both "PlentyOfFish.com" and "Facebook.com". Here's a list of the Microsoft software platform and other technologies we want to be used in development the hybrid dating website: ASP.NET Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 IIS Microsoft Windows Server Enterprise 2003 Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition Visual Studio 2005 Professional Content Delivery Networks Server Load Balancer We chose Microsoft technology platform for the ability to rapidly develop a very stable and custom website from scratch that can offer robust - dynamic features and provide excellent scalability just in case the website grows quickly. The two key words are "bugfree" and "scalability" in order to accomodate a potential traffic in the future up 8 million - 14 million page views a day and 250,000 - 500,000 unique visitors/day. We need a fully operational online dating site with all the bells and whistles of [login to view URL] but unique to our concept. We are interested in service providers who have completed dating sites, and we require visiting these sites to ensure that they work properly. We are not interested in software packages or precreated templates. Although we have a detailed plan of what we want, we do not have the experience to put it all together. So, we will require someone/company to help us through the process and make suggestions for a fully operational site. The member registration process will include the visitor's information be checked and cross referenced against stored data (e.g., email addresses, banned IP addresses, etc...) and parameters to determine visitors for automatic denial or approval. I want to have a list of acceptable school related email addresses and companies email addresses. For example, the visitors must go through a school or company vetting process during the initial member registration process. The member will need to locate their school (i.e., Harvard University). If they're a student of Harvard University, they must have an email address that includes "@harvard.edu" or related addresses to Harvard University in order to be allowed to the next process in the registration which is receiving a link sent to the email used in the registration process and they must "click" the link in order to activate the new account.
