Hello, I have a very similar system already developed, although the backend is in nodejs + mysql. The frontend is developed in Anguar and the backend works as a data Api. I program in several languages technologies so I can develop the backend in c # using the same architecture. However, we can reach an agreement if they are open to other platforms for the backend. This system was developed to be run from the cloud very similar to what is required especially for restaurants and cafes. It is multi-store and multi-locations.
