We have gone through your requirements. We have previously done a similar integration. Not exactly the same but almost on similar lines. We have a few questions for you tough
1) Do you have a PBX server?
2) What kind-of functionality are you looking for : call-pop-up or click-to-call.?
3) expected number of concurrent users?
4) Which version of vtiger are you using 5.3, 5.4 or 6?
5) Do we have complete access to the server?
I think it would be nice if we could quickly get on a call/chat. That would really help us take the things a little further. We can share the case-studies with you immediatly. Awaiting response.
