The bathroom door in my flat has a faulty lever-style lock that needs to be swapped out for a new one. The door itself is wooden and there’s no brand preference—any good-quality, durable replacement that matches the existing cut-out and keeps the finish tidy will do. While you are here, I also need the small bin that is mounted on the inside of the sink cabinet door re-secured; its current screws have worked loose and it no longer sits flush. Deliverables • Supply (or advise and I’ll supply) and fit a reliable lever lock, ensuring smooth latch action and a neat finish on the timber door. • Remove, re-align and firmly fix the door-mounted bin so it can carry normal daily weight without wobbling. Please bring the standard tools and any appropriate fixings you prefer to work with. A quick, clean job and respectful handling of the bathroom space are all I ask.
