Audio Engineer for Voice Recording Project (80 Participants)

Project Summary: We are looking for an experienced Audio Engineer/Studio Owner to manage and record a participant-based voice recording project. The project involves sourcing and recording a minimum of 50–70 adult participants within 2 weeks. Project Requirements Number of Participants: Target: 80 participants / Minimum: 50 participants Time per Participant: Approximately 20–45 minutes in studio Recording Venue: Any sound-treated recording space or professional-quality home studio Recording Content: Participants will read simple voice commands such as: “Hey Siri” / “Hey Google” Each participant reads text 30 times Participants Profile: Adults only - Male and Female (roughly equal ratio) Non-professional speakers acceptable Responsibility of Sourcing Participants: Audio Engineer/Studio Vendor must source participants Budget & Compensation: $40 USD per participant / Total estimated: $2,800 USD Payments can be made per participant or lump sum Timeline: Entire project must be completed within 3 weeks Additional Notes: -No AI voices allowed -No mixing/mastering required -Only clean raw recordings needed -Home studio setups are acceptable if acoustic quality is controlled Ideal Candidate: Audio Engineer with access to a quiet studio or treated home studio Able to manage and recruit participants locally Organized and able to complete tasks on schedule Good communication and coordination skills To Apply, Please Provide: - Confirmation of your studio setup - Your location - Your ability to source 50–80 participants - Your timeline availability (2 weeks)
