Scope of the project: I have designed a "clean" type of room that will be used for smelling and testing new consumer cleaning products, air freshener products such as candles etc. The general idea is that a product such as a toilet bowl cleaner will be brought into a room, filled into a sink or toilet bowl that would be on a pedestal and then see how it smells in a room that has no odors and is reasonably clean.. The reason for the glass is that if a candle is to be tested it needs to be watched while it burns through the glass. The room needs to have glass/half walls and ventilation to the outside, photos in the project scope will provide the concept. Need architectural drawing that can be given to a general construction contractor to quote on the construction and building material list so they can quote. The drawing should be fully 3D as well a 2 dimensional. A walk through video would help I have made a simple drawing BUT the overall dimensions have changed as noted on the document attached. All of the new drawings will require to have dimensions adjusted. Note the exhaust fan (roof mount to be shown) will have a requirement of 2,000 CFM and required to be explosion proof due to nature of the products tested may be flamable.
