Modern G+2 Vastu House Design

I have a 23 ft × 42 ft plot and need a complete, construction-ready package for a G+2 residence that follows Vastu principles while showcasing a modern aesthetic. Scope of work • Floor planning: Design each level, ensuring the ground floor includes a spacious living room, a well-laid-out kitchen, and one bedroom. Circulation, light, and ventilation must be optimised across all floors. • Structural drawings: Provide detailed footing, column, beam, and slab layouts ready for my local engineer’s review. • Elevation: Emphasise large windows, a prominent balcony, and a tasteful decorative façade that fits the modern style. • Interior 3D visuals: Photorealistic renders for key rooms on every level so I can approve materials, colours, and lighting before construction starts. Deliverables 1. CAD drawings (DWG + PDF) for plans, sections, elevations, and structural details 2. 3D source model (SketchUp/Revit/3ds Max) and high-resolution renders (JPEG/PNG) 3. At least Four revision rounds after the first submission to fine-tune layout, Vastu alignment, and façade treatment All dimensions should reflect the actual 23 × 42 ft footprint, and the final package must be clear enough for contractor pricing and municipal approval.
