Dear sir, I am very interested in your project. I am a structural Design Engineer for almost two years and i have a good experience at residential buildings and preparing the technical reports of ( dead load, live load, wind load, and earthquake ) and also 3d modeling of the building using Etabs and Safe programs. but I want to make sure of somethings : 1- The building consists only of 3 floors only and the usage of the basement ( will be used as a garage?) 2-If there are architectural drawings of the building? 3-which type of the statical system do you prefer (solid slab with beams or flat slab without beams and possibility of arch design changing )? 4-Which code should I follow according to your country? 5-soil report?
