[High rise building - 40 stories] 3D Rebar model in REVIT - Structural Concrete Column

This is not a drafting works, we need structural engineer, not the draftsman. I am looking for a structural engineer to provide rebar detail in 3D (REVIT) for : A) Concrete column: ETABS (v17) finite element model with complete structural sizing and structural load including RC column design results ready will be provided by the client. The 3D rebar model shall be provided by freelance. Building Description : High rise building (40 stories). Approximate construction area = 30,000 sq-m The skill required: Freelance must know both ETABS and REVIT. We could guide you in case you lacking some experience for detailing in high rise buildings as long as you know ETABS and REVIT. We reserve the right to cancel the hiring once we found that freelance is lacking basic knowledge of ETABS and/or REVIT. REVIT version: 2019 3D Rebar Modeling : Manual modeling in REVIT (longitudinal rebars and stirrups/ties). The rebars model shall stick with the host element in such a way that auto-adjusted while the host resizing or top/bottom constraint changed. Extension such as “Naviate REX” or “ROBOT” are unacceptable. Material : Refer to attachment 1 for local material data that freelance needs to conform. Structural design code of practice: ACI-318 and the stirrup/tie specification (refer attachment 2). Time frame: 14 days (for skillful structural designer, the similar amount of work is usually could be finished within 1 or 2 full days). The delay of major details is totally unacceptable and the freelance will not be paid from such delay. If only minor details are delayed, it could be an acceptable case by case basis upon the client’s approval. Video conference: Freelance shall be available for a video conference for about 30 minutes whenever there is an issue that needs to be solved. Such conference is not required as long as no issues need to be solved or clarified. The client available time for video conference is from 9:00 to 21:00 GMT+7:00 (Bangkok). Documentation: I have a colleague who will do the documentation such as sheets and drawings package including all the drawing format. Freelance only needs to concentrate and responsible for the correctness of the rebar model and information that contain inside such a rebar model. All the sheets will be made (by client) from the rebar model prepared by freelance. Expected start date : Around 6th November 2019
