I need a streamlined workflow that takes every scanned shipping documents like invoice,bill of lading,airwaybill. I drop into a folder, runs it through Google Document AI’s Invoice Parser, and then passes the extracted data into a spreadsheet which eventually moves through our existing software ahead. I already have Google Cloud set up, plus a Pabbly account waiting for incoming webhooks. Here’s what I’m after: • Configure or create the Document AI processor to handle typical scanned invoices (TIFF, JPEG, or PDF).on google document AI - i or my team will do the mapping part. • Capture the JSON output into an spreadsheet — • Build the Pabbly Connect workflow that receives the data and forwards it to the final destination I’ll supply test invoices, a service-account key, and endpoint details. Once your flow posts accurate data from new scans without manual touch-ups, we’re done with the major part. subsequently i would want the full automation documents will come as attachment through email from customer. it will be read and the result will be available on google spreadsheet once which would be available on a "FTPbox on our cloud server " , our custom software will auto read the data and give us an output - with a jobnr which will be communicated to end customer by email.
